Well they're at it again. The ever reasonable Russians are once again being themselves. There were some new military maneuvers planned recently that should make all of us quite comfortable. It turns out they are a little upset with the way the Iraq war went. Each time we have had to go into Iraq we have consistently run into Russian equipment and advisors. They were quite certain we would still be over there fighting that war and crawling our way to Baghdad. The truth be told, they are shocked that their methods didn't hold up this time either. Not even their new toys stood a chance. Their response was to announce a new war doctrine to be playing out in the very near future. They would be attacking our satellites during their next war games. Of course they won't actually be attacking them but they will be acting the part out. I believe the Chinese were taking part in their new war games also. I doubt France and Germany will be joining in this time, but in a few years at the rate they have been going, they will be playing too.

     One of the reasons Russia is so upset over this shocking defeat of Iraq is that they need to have gas prices here in the United States at about two dollars per gallon in order to get their economy moving again by selling to us. Right now the only thing they are selling very well is weapons and that is to China. Saddam won't be making anymore purchases in that area now. For years Russia has worked to undercut our position in the Middle East. President Bush just stuck a dagger right in the middle of their master plan. Make no mistake Russia has always planned to attack and conquer the United States. In the 1970's they worked diligently to create a series of anti-satellite weapons.

     There was another rather interesting item in the late 1970's that I suspect few if any remember. It, like many interesting bits of information, came from separate places but added up real nice. One article was in Omni Magazine regarding something we picked up on one of our satellites. They pulled out a missile and launched it into space in a period of forty five minutes. There was a container on board of some sort which positioned itself three times over the United States. The positions were over the north western, north eastern and mid south regions, and then it returned home. A few years later in, I believe it was, Scientific American, there was a discussion on the effects of three large nuclear blasts over those same areas. The results of which would be a complete shutdown of just about everything we use here from an Electro Magnetic Pulse. Even then they were planning first strike attacks.

     Ronald Reagan's military doctrine of an immediate nuclear response if large numbers of launches were detected in Russia terrified the Russians. It was after that doctrine was announced that the walls came down. Taking the walls down is a ruse by the way. During Clintons reign we saw the exact opposite approach from the White House. The 1996 election was celebrated with the removing of the launch codes from the nuclear submarine fleet captains, via an Executive order. Hollywood celebrated this moronic concept with 'Crimson Tide' which glorified this foolish policy with honorable mention of the Executive Order in the credits. Not too terribly long after that Executive order, along came another one. This was far more insidious, requiring our military to absorb at least one hit by a nuclear weapon before retaliating. What I see there is a bit alarming but not surprising coming from the couple that sits at the head of the Democratic Party.

     This is the same bunch that cut our military and spread it all over the Globe and celebrated attacking Yugoslavia when it served no purpose to America to do so. It was celebrated as a selfless act by the administration. I guess absorbing a few nukes is also considered a selfless act just like taking the launch codes was a selfless act. To show that they have really changed, the Russians have now completed Yamantau Mountain and all of the tunnels connecting it to the various parts of the country, so they can safely have a nuclear exchange with us. They were also kind enough to give Gore their endorsement in the last election. The Democrats have been kind enough to try to disarm the American populace so they will be safer when they arrive to conquer us and they have also selflessly fought attempts to build an ABM system. Clinton was generous enough to allow the Chinese take over both ends of the Panama Canal and build the base in Freeport, Bahamas without so much as the obligatory whimper. This is what the Democratic Party has become. They are either traitors, on the other side and saying do what you want with the women and children please just don't hurt me, or they are absolutely clueless and fail at understanding history.

     To me the most amazing thing in all of this is that Russia still spends so much time trying to undermine us here and abroad and can't even get it right on the home front. Take a look at the natural resources that country has and take a look at how they spend all of their time. They are still an evil empire only they appear a little smaller these days. Make no mistake, they still have all of their missiles and the various other things they have created for a first strike against us and still they have a fair amount of control over their former republics. Look into the leadership of those former republics. Just about every one of them is a communist. One of these days they will be our friends but now they are still obviously our enemies.
